Massage Etiquette
The Do's and Dont's for making your massage experience the best for both yourself and your MT.
Cancellation
Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of an appointment. A cancellation fee may be applied.
Arrive on Time
If you arrive late for your appointment, I can only guarantee service for the remaining time scheduled, unless my schedule allows it.
Provide Infomation
Please be sure to let the Therapist know upon booking if you are pregnant or if you have any medical conditions that could contraindicate the treatment. If you are a first-time guest, or need to update your information, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and fill out our intake form.
Hygiene
Please show up for your treatment clean and prepared for the type of treatment you are receiving.
Respect
Please be respectful of other clients, the room, and the Therapist. Massage Alchemy is a professional massage therapy business, any misconduct by the client will result in immediate termination of service.
Tipping
If you have enjoyed your service you are more than welcome to provide a Tip. 18% to 20% tip is customary based on menu prices.

Please Communicate With Your Therapist
If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment, such as pressure, the music, room temperature, or lighting, please let the therapist know. If I don’t know, I can’t fix it.
